Frequently Asked Questions

No, we do not have memberships here and you do not need to pay to enter. Everyone is welcome to play here as long as they adhere to The Hustler rules so everyone has a good time. Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

We are open every day, Monday to Saturday, 11am to midnight and Sunday from noon till 11pm.

Yes, we do have wheelchair access. If you are coming during office hours just make your way to Hadrian House main entrance, come into the reception area and get in the lift to the 1st Floor. Outside of office hours just ring us on 0191 2410660 when you are at the main entrance of Hadrian House and a member of staff will pop down and let you in.

Yes, there is a car park located right next to our building. The entrance to it is just off Durant Road, or you can park all along Durant Road. There is the Oxford Car Park which is underneath the Premier Inn, two minutes walk away, and there is the multi storey NCP John Dobson Street car park five minutes walk away.

Children are more than welcome to play in our club but MUST be accompanied by a parent/carer if they are under the age of 18. Due to licensing restrictions under 18 year olds must be off the premises by 7pm. Please note that we do not have baby changing facilities here.

You generally don’t need to book unless there is a group of you or you want a specific table. Please be advised that Friday and Saturday nights do get busy so booking is advisable to avoid disappointment if you want a few tables together.

You can bring your own cue if you wish but we also have cue racks filled with cues to use Free of Charge. We ask that you return the cues to the cue racks when finished.

Yes, we can re-tip your cue, just bring it along. There is no need to book it in but we do recommend leaving 24 hours before using to make sure the glue is set. The cost depends on the type of cue and size of tip required.

Yes, we serve home cooked food that you can eat in or take-away from 11am till late. It is against our rules to bring your own food and drink into our premises.
